The chair exercise videos are exclusively for chair exercise book owners, and the balance exercise videos are exclusively for balance exercise book owners. Each book comes with its own set of videos and its own password. If you'd like access to both, you can purchase the other book individually or grab the bundle which includes both.

The videos are visual demonstrations designed to be used alongside the written instructions in your book. The book provides the detailed guidance for each exercise — reps, sets, form tips, and modifications — while the videos show you exactly how each movement looks. We recommend having your book open next to you while watching.

PrimeLife Wellness is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through health and fitness education. Founded by James Evans, our mission is to provide informative, engaging content that empowers seniors to live their best lives.

James began his fitness journey as a competitive rower at university. After overcoming a spinal injury through physiotherapy and Pilates, he returned to fitness stronger than ever and now competes in CrossFit. That recovery journey inspired PrimeLife Wellness — to help others experience the transformative power of consistent, accessible exercise.

Our team of three holds five personal training certifications from organisations including the NSCA, ACE, NFPT, and TA, along with four degrees in health-related fields including Kinesiology and Public Health. We combine real-world experience with evidence-based research to create programmes that are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
