Open your book and look for the Video Access chapter near the end. The password is printed there. Type it exactly as shown — all lowercase letters and numbers, no spaces or dashes.

After overcoming a spinal injury through physiotherapy and Pilates, he returned to fitness stronger than ever and now competes in CrossFit. Our team of three holds five personal training certifications from organisations including the NSCA, ACE, NFPT, and TA, along with four degrees in health-related fields including Kinesiology and Public Health. We combine real-world experience with evidence-based research to create programmes that are safe, effective, and enjoyable.
